Questions, bugs or feedback about repwolf — on your phone, lock screen or watch — go straight to the person who builds it.

To help us fix it faster, include

  • Your phone model and iOS / Android version
  • Your repwolf app version (Settings → About)
  • Your watch model, if the issue is on Apple Watch or Wear OS
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, if you can

Please email from the address on your repwolf account so we can find it. Never send us your password.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it. If you created your account with Sign in with Apple or Google, sign in the same way again. Still stuck? Email us from the address you signed up with.

My workouts aren't syncing

repwolf saves every set on your device first, so nothing is lost offline. Sets sync automatically once you're back online. If they still don't appear, check you're signed in to the same account on every device, then close and reopen the app.

Lock screen controls aren't showing

iPhone: go to Settings → repwolf and turn on Live Activities and notifications. Android: allow notifications for repwolf in Settings → Apps → repwolf → Notifications. Controls appear once you start a workout.

My watch app isn't connecting

Make sure the phone and watch apps are both up to date and you're signed in on your phone. Check Bluetooth is on, then open repwolf on your phone first and on your watch second. Restarting the watch fixes most pairing issues.

A gym machine's QR code or NFC tag won't scan

Allow camera access for repwolf in your device settings, and turn on NFC if you're tapping a tag. If the machine still isn't recognised, it may not be set up yet — let your gym's staff know.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Account → Export data in the app. You'll get a copy of your workout history in a format you can open in a spreadsheet.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. You can also ask us to delete it by email — see Deleting your account in our privacy policy.
